The artistic self-portrait has a long tradition — and today, selfies have a new relevance. To get you in the mood, we will look at selected examples together.
Our own reflection serves as a patient model for us: The familiar proportions and shapes make it easier to develop similarities. Atmosphere and personal expression flow naturally into the work. You can work with drawings and experiment with different postures and facial expressions.
Alternatively, you have the option of developing a painterly self-portrait. Whether you work directly in front of a mirror or use photo templates — I will assist you in finding your composition and will guide you individually in your chosen technique.
Requirements: Experience in drawing or painting portraits is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement. Maximum 12 participants
Material: Drawing materials or colors of your choice. Painting solvent for oil paints and mirrors are provided

You can sign up for our courses here. Simply select the appropriate course from the form.
You will receive confirmation of your registration from us and your place in the course will be reserved for you and is binding. Courses priced above 25€ require a minimum prepayment of 25€. Your place in the course is only guaranteed after receipt of payment. If the course is already fully booked, we will inform you.
Cancellation: The cancellation of a course registration must be made in writing. If the cancellation is received up to 15 days before the start of the course, you will be refunded the course fee minus the deposit paid. If you cancel from the 14th day before the start of the course or if you do not show up, no refund of the course fee is possible.
The decisive time for the cancellation is the date of receipt. Alternatively, it is always possible to organize a substitute participant. All details are in our General terms and conditions.
