Playing freely with the motif
We often have an interesting subject, but we don't really know how to emphasize what interests us about it, how we can highlight a mood or reinforce something absurd or special in it.
If we only trace what we see, the personal touch is often missing and we ask ourselves how we could actually convey our individual impression or feeling. This course starts right at this point.
Drawing and painterly stylistic devices are explored and examined for their effects, exercises on the topics of abstraction, simplification, structuring and distortion are offered, and compositional issues are addressed. The topics of color design and contrasts will accompany our processes.
Suitable for beginners and advanced users.
Material: You are welcome to bring your own motifs, but you can also be inspired by my collection. Drawing and painting paper and what your material drawer has to offer. Colours: depending on your mood, watercolours, acrylic paints, gouaches, coloured pencils rags, sponges, brushes, etc.

You will receive confirmation of your registration from us and your place in the course will be reserved for you and is binding. Courses priced above 25€ require a minimum prepayment of 25€. Your place in the course is only guaranteed after receipt of payment. If the course is already fully booked, we will inform you.
Cancellation: The cancellation of a course registration must be made in writing. If the cancellation is received up to 15 days before the start of the course, you will be refunded the course fee minus the deposit paid. If you cancel from the 14th day before the start of the course or if you do not show up, no refund of the course fee is possible.
The decisive time for the cancellation is the date of receipt. Alternatively, it is always possible to organize a substitute participant. All details are in our General terms and conditions.
