Comic Strip & Graphic Novel
Theme: “From Zero to Hero”
It can be a lot of fun to design a comic character, but there is hardly anything better than bringing this self-created character to life and watching her story develop in a sequence of scenes. With playful imagination and fantasy, we will set our characters in motion and be surprised at what turn our story will take.
In this course, you will learn methods for bringing a narrative into a sequence of images (see comic strip, graphic novel) and create excitement, e.g. through a surprising turning point, the famous “cliffhanger”, which triggers the urgent desire in every viewer to find out what's next... Requirements/Participants: For adults and young adults aged 16 and over with previous drawing skills, maximum 10 participants
Material: Pencil, different degrees of hardness, colored pencils, or your own preferences in drawing materials, e.g. ink & brush, fineliner, pen, Copic marker..., various drawing papers DIN A4 or A3, transparent paper or layout paper pad, who likes their sketchbook, sharpener, eraser, cutter...

You will receive confirmation of your registration from us and your place in the course will be reserved for you and is binding. Courses priced above 25€ require a minimum prepayment of 25€. Your place in the course is only guaranteed after receipt of payment. If the course is already fully booked, we will inform you.
Cancellation: The cancellation of a course registration must be made in writing. If the cancellation is received up to 15 days before the start of the course, you will be refunded the course fee minus the deposit paid. If you cancel from the 14th day before the start of the course or if you do not show up, no refund of the course fee is possible.
The decisive time for the cancellation is the date of receipt. Alternatively, it is always possible to organize a substitute participant. All details are in our General terms and conditions.
